I bought the Chevy late last year. It came with an aftermarket Rancho lift kit and supension. Not sure of all the details but I am guessing 3".

My Christmas present to myself - 2004 GMC Yukon XL Denali. This thing is a towing machine with the 6.0L engine!!! The AutoRide suspension is way too kewl to mention - ZERO body lean in tight corners and no rear end squat with trailer hooked up.

Heres our new truck. New of course is a relative term. Bought it from a fellow forum poster. 1955, all original down to the spare tire in the back and original title from 55. One owner truck been in the same town since bought new. Havent even gotten it home yet with all the rain we've been having. But, will be starting on it soon. Bought it for my dad. He's retiring this year.

Brand new truck. 2009 Ram 3500, 4x4, 6.7 Cummins. The truck is still bone stock, but that won't last long. Old boat (1972 23' Uniflite) but almost completely restored.

My mistake.I had read that they were made by alison.Like you said it is a nice truck.I get that wow feeling every time I drive it. I came from a little 4 cyl Toyota 5 speed vinyl on vinyl.

This is my 1993 YJ that I bought from my uncle in 2009, he bought it new. It has been to Germany 3 times, Korea and Austrailia, along with 37 U.S states including Hawaii. It's remained unchanged except for new TJ flares and a set of 31 inch Super Swampers. It's never been stuck with me driving but I also know my limitations with out a winch. However, stock is boring and it will soon be going under the knife to make room for 35's.

I'm adding a ranch hand front grill guard 4 8inch kc long range off road lights. It has a cold air intake, two 12 inch kenwood subs in a custom box, dual flow master 40's with chrome tips, 5inch touch screen radio, and 33inch BFG all terrain tires.

Absolutely the cleanest 2002 Dodge Ram Q Cab you'll find anywhere! She's been a garage queen so the dash is still in perfect condition and she only has 63,000 miles on her. Everytime I think about getting a new one I just can't pull the trigger. Lest you think that's an old pic, nope! Took it this morning.

Seriously, a guy I used to race with did that to his new cars. We had an evil little 62 Nova we ran outlaw 10.5 with. Fresh out of the body shop, he hit the front fender with a screw driver to scratch it and said "Now that's out of the way, let's go race" hahaahha.

That may be a little bit bigger ding than I could have taken in stride.

The first thing I did with my Dodge was back the %#$T%! thing into the tongue of my boat and put a square dent in the center of my bumper. I got so used to having a back up camera and sonar on my Ford I just completely brain dumped it.

Squirrellman, I see your truck all the time in front of lowes and...."redfish"? The restaraunt next to Jack in the Crack. I literally pulled off 249, made two u-turns, and sat in front of your truck admiring it. Very nicely done.

Can't wait to get a nice aluminum boat or bass tracker, Have my eye on a 93 tournament tracker. Everything redone, and original. it's amazing. They want 6k for it so I'm trying to grab it fast.

I have no issues towing on the open highway except for smaller town gas/diesel pump islands. I seem to get a lot more respect from the commercial rig drivers when pulling this heavy load. The Prius drivers on the other hand just turn their heads...Not because it is an enviroment killer. Because they got a face full of coal when I punch it at the light. Darn side exit exhauset hate it when that happens.

I drive a LOT for work, and need to get decent gas mileage. So I drive a 4 cylinder Tacoma and get 24-26 mpg.

Almost bought an aluminum boat, but found out about these Stratos boats (176XT) that are light and inexpensive. The little Taco pulls it just fine.

These were taken bringing it home a few weeks ago, I've since added a prop rod to support the motor better.

Ok, I guess I am fairly close to you, live in Boyd. Just bought 2004 Stratos PRO 275 XL (17') with 90HP Johnson, so am interested in what you think after a few outings in yours!
I am brand new/old fisherman....haven't fished in 30 years and my first every bass boat.
My 'ride' is 2008 Chevy Silverado 1/2 ton crew cab. 5.7L V8 so it pulls fine.
Just darn hard to back up, doesn't help I have a topper on the bed.
Like your rig....

Been a long time since I scrubbed mine down really really well and then clay bar'd and waxed it. The paint was starting to feel a bit rough to the touch so I spent about 4 hours on it this afternoon to keep me off the insanity at the lake and she looks great again.

Traded the ram in on this Tundra. I've already bought a 6 inch lift and tires/wheels but I've been reading about a lot of tundras having vsc issues when lifted. May chicken out and put it all up for sale and drive my first stock truck for a few years. 20 years of owning pickups and all of them have been lifted. Grrrrr. Had I known about that I would have bought another ram or ford.

Get on the internet and go to tundra talk forum....lots of lifted trucks on there...mine is not lifted but I am betting you arent going to have any issues.

Went to tundra talk, that's where I found out about all the issues. I may have found a way around it. I can buy a re manufactured steering rack from 07-09 for 530 bucks and have the shop install it when they lift it for very little extra money. In 10 is when Toyota swapped rack manufacturers and since that time they have blown stock and lifted by the thousands, some blowing 2-3 times before even hitting 10k miles. Ridiculous.

Ok screw it it's going in the shop in the morning to get lifted, I'll post after pictures Wednesday. If it pops the steering rack I'll just buy a reman'd rack from an 07-09 and have it out in and not worry about it.

Cold Air Intake, Intake Manifold, Turbo, Exhaust Manifold, 4" Turbo-Back Exhaust, CP3 Mod., Air Dog 150, Injectors, Torque Converter, Valve Body, Flex Plate, 1 Piece Billet Input Shaft, Mag-Hytec Trans. Pan, Isspro Performax Gauges, EFI Live w/CSP5, TS Perf. MP-8, Tank Vent Mod. & Filter Delete, and so on and so on.

FYI.. Build up the trans. first.

My trans is built which is the reason I went with the truck. Towed my Jeep amazing!

My run down:

Trans- Billet flywheel, billet input and ATS 5 star torque converter, ATS trans pan. Converter fully locks up in 3rd and 4th while in tow haul.

Engine:
K&N intake
ATS 3000 turbo
Banks intercooler and HiRam intake elbow
4" exhaust with MBRP quite tone muffler(wayyy better than straight pipe)
Edge Juice w/ attitude level 6 unlocked(runs too hot for 6 though)

The wheels are 20"s with 305/55/20 Nittos. Front has a 1 inch leveling spacer and rear is dropped 2" with shackles.

Here was my Jeep. I got dumb and sold it last year. Have tried to buy it back but guy is not ready to sell it.

Hoping this April after taxes I can be able to buy a decent Yota in the 6-8k range.

How is the wheeling in Clayton? I've heard good things but have never been. I finally got back in the TJ this week after sitting for months and am needing to go wheeling again. I used to have a park right down the road when I was in College Station but Lubbock isn't exactly a wheeling destination lol

Clayton is a great place to crawl. I'd say Hot Springs and Clayton are my favorite locations. Lots of slow technical crawling.

New Tundra. Could not pass up the end of model year deals and discounts. Filled up this morning. I burned 18.7 gallons over 356 miles. I figured the dealer topped it off good. Maybe another gallon. Display shows average MPGs @ 17.2. I had heard that Tundras really suck during break in. Apparently not this one although it is 90% hwy @ 60-70 and I am easy on the throttle. Added some Clazzio leather seat covers this weekend. Just did the fronts, rear headrests and the rear armrest. Front headrests are the worse part.

This my my 4th white one. Major color anyway. I have had 2 tone Fords. Silver and gold on the bottom. Sales lady tried to sell me a cement TRD Pro. I told her "once you go white you never go back". Besides cement is UGLY.
Saturday morning I put some 6112 Bilsteins set at +1.9" on the front. The noses on these new trucks just sit too low. I also put the black letters in the Tundra stamp on the tailgate. Next up is the grill and a led light bar. The chrome has to go.

We have 3200 feet of frontage, about 1000 feet to the left and 2200 feet to right of the dock. The balance of the shoreline for at least the next 5 miles is public wilderness with no road or trail access. Ours is the only place in the entire frame.
