Since it's very hot out now, what do you use to insulate the interior 14"x 14" roof vent? Do you make something or is it store bought? I've seen what is offered online. It looks like a 3" thick block of styrofoam wrapped in fleece with a piece of tin foil on top!!

My nice wife made ours with fabric and thick foam she loves to sew.

I had one I bought at an RV store that looked like a square pillow that fit snugly in the vent. It was 3-4 inches thick.

Your right. The top of the "pillow" has a silver reflective piece sewed in it. The wife is going to order one but first check at Wallyworld if what they have to offer is the same. About $9
