Help !

The past two days on Bob Sandlin carp and gar are spawning, tried everything can't get a hook up.

They (carp) tend to not feed much during the spawn. After the spawn they will be ready and hungry.

Hown long should it last, cause their boiling the water and huge fish. Thanks
