Fun weekend at Lake Ivie

Had a great weekend fishing at Lake Ivie with my Dad, and Son Jordan.

Good times and nice fish! Good job.

WOW big cats for sure ! How is the water level there at Ivie ? I was discussing that with some family members yesterday and they said Ivie is still too low . Local weather stations use to update about lake levels but haven't since last year . And also they said Spence was all dried up .

Dem are some huge cats...do you eat them? If so how do they taste?

The lake is about 12% full,if I am not mistaken.
Still plenty of fish in it though.

These are not that big, biggest was 19#.
They are great eating!
Just be sure to cut off all fat and red off the filets

Spence has a good amount of water in it again. Guys are catching bass and catfish out there too.

Ivie's water level is bad. Without rain the ramp is gonna be unusable in another month. . .but like mbavo said, there are still plenty of fish in there.
