PHENOMENAL DAY ON FORK...

Well we have been silent on the forum for the last 6 weeks because Dad has been in and out of the hospital another 3 times.

Finally found the issue and he is having surgery on November 14th.

We have wanted to go fishing, but his body said No.

Well yesterday his body said yes and Dad, Mom, and I set out for Fork.

It was such a phenomenal day we did not want to come off the water.

Fishing was slow but steady and we managed 30 nice ones.

I'm going to post a pic of our Livewell, the Cooler, and a pic of Dad and Mom on the way back to the ramp.

It was simply one for the memory books.

Dad and I and hopefully Mom when she is up to it will get in some more trips before his surgery.

His health is most important, but we sure do love spending the day on the water Crappie Fishing.
I would not trade yesterday for anything.

Hope to get some more personal pics on the next trip.

My Mom was wore out, but all of us had a blast.

Look at how awesome the water was yesterday.

Fishing was excellent yesterday. Fork is fishing excellent right now. Had well over 50 fish, all returned for someone else to enjoy.

How deep are y'all catchin em. All my piles in n 18 to 24 we're empty on monday

12' to 20'. They may have had lockjaw Monday due to the front passing. Just a guess, since I did not fish.

Glen - I just saw your post and wanted to say that it was an awesome post and some great pictures.

That was a nice mess of fish and glad you guys all got out.

Your Dad and Mom were looking good on Saturday and I will say a prayer for his upcoming surgery. It was good to talk with them both and I even got a good laugh out of them both when we talked about messing with you.
