Ft Worth Fishing Guide Report - 08/12/17 06:38 PM

In the past I have seen a ton of post from other folks who do really well during the summer months, but I usually don't have much to offer this time of year. This summer, for whatever reason, the bite is fantastic for me at Cedar Creek and around Ft Worth. We have been starting our days in 12-15ft and finishing up around 18-22ft. We are using Sausage Gravy Thump Chubbies on 1/8 ounce unpainted jig heads. I am not too proud to say that tipping the jig with a piece of minnow can work wonders when a pile/tree is loaded but only a couple want to bite at first. If it's this good now, how good will it be this fall?!
