CAT Meeting this Tuesday

Tomorrow evening is the August meeting of CAT starting at 7:00. This months speaker will be Todd Froebe. He and his partner Clay Gunn won AOY last year in D2 and are in the position of repeating that win in D1 this year, so this should be a good chance to find out how one of our top teams do it.
BUT....the real special guest will be Langdon "Little Man" Froebe. He'll be there to tell you how he fishes for 4# crappie (he says everyone else is trying to catch 3#ers, so he goes big).
So be at the Carrollton Library at Josey Ln and Hebern Pkwy tomorrow night.

I wouldn't go that far! There's a chance! If we somehow win on Pines and Paul and George go to Vegas that weekend for George's wedding and take matchmaker Jerry!

But there's a chance and we've got lucky before!

Clay is going to be there too! He actually has to work in Dallas that day so it lined up perfect! We're going to tell you what we do and what works for us; CAT has been great to us, so we're happy to give back. Does that mean it works for everybody? No, but I think we've got a pretty good system for finding fish and figuring out new lakes that I have been happy with the results!

If your not happy with the presentation I will refund the ticket price for a $5 handling fee!! Meetings are still free right??

Talked to Todd last evening and Langdon says nobody is gona find out my secrets. Of course, there might be some wiggle room with a little bribery. I think it will take more than a corn dog though.
If you want an entertaining evening and have a good time and talk crappie fishing, don't miss it.

I guess I will attend this one as I want to grow up one day and be just like little man...Yeah I'm sure Todd and Clay can share a thing or two but Langdon knows where the 4# crappie are. I will bring him a Sonic green apple ice-cream slush. That ought to do it.

I told him this morning when I dropped him off at the sitter that I wrote down coordinates to his favorite dock on Cedar Creek "Pennyback is what we call it" and was going to share them tonight!

He growled at me and said "No way! Are you crazy or something!" Dang! Sorry guys! If you can bribe pennyback out of him you got a winner!!!

I think I've got an idea which dock is "pennyback" dock.

Little man spotted raffle tickets right off the bat and said dad I want $20 worth!! Seeing how he has $$$ he got 20 tickets and the lucky little sucker won on 7 of em!!

He won another trip with Mark Standridge at 3 Nails! Haha! We just used the last trip we won with Mark the other week! Looks like I'm finally gonna get my pie!!

I need to let him pick lottery numbers!
