Lewisville with Paul O'Bier - 06/10/17 02:07 AM

Since I have some time off waiting on another motor, I threw a piston in mine this week. Paul asked if I wanted to go to Lewisville and see if we could find a few fish. Neither of us has fished there since last fall so we decided to meet at the ramp at 6:30. After four hours of setting in the truck watching it rain we finally unloaded the boat at 10:30. Loaded back up at 3:00 with 33 keepers. Was really fun to get to fish with Paul again, been a long time since we shared some trees together cheers
We found fish on timber in 12-20' water most suspended. If one was there he would hammer it! No waiting around for a bite. Lake is in great shape and full of fish.

Very nice! Vertical structure is paying off big time right now out there.

That's a long rain-delay. Those fish didn't stand a chance. grin
