Right place at the right time...

Went to see Jason Burton on Palestine this morning with Ronnie an we couldn't have planned for a better day of catching! Jason put us on a few brushpiles and has is slinging em in the boat right from the get go! Piles were located in 15-22 feet of water with fish being a turn or 2 off the bottom. Thermoclines copper mine and Pepop's Pearl truse were the ticket today! Jason sure knows how to sweet talk to the big girls in biting "don't ya wana come home with me for a nice rub down in your favorite seasoning followed by a hot grease bath"

Haha!! I saw y'all out there. Wondered if that was y'all. Burton got him another power pole. Guess y'all didn't catch too many off the bridge.

It was a great day with two great guys! Palestine has been putting out some really nice fish lately. The average size this trip was awesome, several fish pushing 2#s. I had a great time guys!

Copper/truse was also a big player on those big fish!

Way to gett'um fellas...Looks like a fun trip.
