Spring and summer fishing was great this year......but

it's time to hang up the fishing gear and break out the archery gear because deer season started today. Anybody else hanging up the crappie gear to chase deer for the rest of the year?

No deer, but have actually been fishing more during bird season this year.

Prolly won't get to fling an arrow until thanksgiving! Felt good yesterday am but the crappie kept me busy enough to not daydream about being in a tree!!
