Was that fish caught on that bait, or just for the pic? Can't see the line on the eyelet of the jighead, unless that's a new invisible leader you are using?

LOL, Ok I'll get pics showing my leader connected to the jig, leader connected to my braid, braid connected to my reel & the reel connect to that Bonehead rod on my next trip....just to satisfy y'alls curiosity.....

P.P., that looks like one of those Lake Palestine Crappie jigs and if so, I was told all you gotta do is hold the jig in your hand & swish it in the water & the big girls come up & grab it! hooked

Hey Tommy is that rod a two piece?
That brush on the drops is my favorite & so true that not everyone will put the time in to find the right angle for their unit to pick it up....

I'll tell ya a story that will certainly make you laugh and stir

I didn't realize this till after I was married some time to my Cajun bride. I brought home my first limit of crappie and my wife stuck here nose in the air. I asked what the problem was. She said she likes black bass.They're yummy! So by this point in my life I'd learned the two words "yes dear" and have learned to seer one heck of a bass fillet true story! bolt peep

It's something I'm testing out. I'll share if I believe it's an edge. First time using it.

Need a tough bite to really test it.

thumb I was guessing some sort of bead to make some clacking against the jig head
