Limestone 6-8-16, DW and Kooby.......

Gave a shout out to my ol buddy DW the other day and begged him to take me fishin...
All or most of the area lakes around Austin were shut down due to flooding and I noticed that Limestone was just a tad over normal.

Did not have to beg too much and DW agreed to give me a back seat pass for the day.

Arrived at lake around 8:45 after a short 2 hr. trip from Pville.
The water was pretty off color, but there was absolutely NO wind!

Day started off pretty slow but we hammered down on them for the next 5 or 6 hours and managed 23 keepers.
Caught at least that many dinks a piece and we shut er down around 1:30 p.

Had a great time out there with my buddy and as usual, lot of b.s. to catch up on....

Lets not take so long to do it again DW.... make the trip to Granger when she opens back up and I will treat this time!

Well Kevin stepped out of the truck and handed me a new 10' Pa .I will use it well my friend.We made the milk run or the chochlote run with some current.I don't think we had a thump all day the line would just get heavy.We moved a lot but that was welcome it was hot .We just bearded down and fished.Fish were really skinny .Lots with the short tail dease.ha Door always open at the Moore B and B.Till next time my friend Darrell

went fishing with kevin once and I told him, "I got the minnows". He said "let me see em". I gave him the bag with 3 dz minnows and he threw em in the lake. He said, we use jigs. lol
