Thanks Jacob but you are missing a marketing opportunity. You need to include your pickles in the ingredients so they will buy some.

Ingredients
1 or 2 eggs
3/4 cup panko italian or any bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground dried thyme
fish filets
1/4 cup melted butter
1 Jar Jacob's Sweet Pickles

directions
1.pre heat oven to 450
2.in a small bowl prepair egg wash.in a separate bowl mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese , and thyme.
dip filets in egg wash then press into crump mixture to coat.place filets in glass baking dish, and drizzle in melted butter.
3.bake on top rack of preheated oven until fish flakes easily, about 15 mins.
4. eat pickles while fish is baking.

Man I'd love to get my hands on a plate full of crappie !! Looks great ! I bake squash and zucchini also but all I do is lightly sprinkle salt and pepper (seasalt with grinders) and sprinkle Paprika on then bake 400-degs for 25 mins . Taste great ! Use olive oil to slightly grease bottom of cookie sheet and spread out the squash and zucchini .
