I'm Not Impatient!!!! Fun Fishing

Dustin and I decided yesterday that we were going to go do some fun fishing since we have been hard at the tournament trail thing, winning some and losing some. So we hooked up the boat and headed to Lake X to try the docks. We hit the water at 9:30, first dock produced 10 keepers and some short fish, second dock produced 7 more keepers. Pulled up to third dock and nada so we say lets hit ole reliable got to be some fish there.

Pulled around the corner and dang guess the high water broke the dock up. Nothing left but about a 4' by 4' section. Post were still there so we says why not, so I sat the power poles down and we flipped under the 4 foot square section and it was game on, they were stacked under there thick as flees on a hound dog.

After about 40 minutes or so of non stop smacking them we had 20 more keepers. Guess you really can't judge a book by it's cover after all.

We spent the next 3 hours just hitting docks here and there ended up with 50 keepers and probably caught over 100 including short fish.

If you know me then you know where lake X is heard they used to have sheriff there but heard he quit and started tying jigs.

It's about to get real good I'm thinking.

Heck that's cheating.I might shoot a few with ya.I been practicing can hit a quarter at 25 ft 8 out 10 tries but I will get better.Top that ha
