Anyone watching Brushpile Fishing - 02/03/16 04:33 AM

Just started watching Brushpile Fishing on WFN I believe its the first season they show it on WFN and I'm totally addicted to it , unlike the other crappie shows I have seen this one actually showcases multiple ways to fish. I watched the other shows and it was always the same thing " Spider Rigging " and while effective its just not my thing on the other hand so far on Brushpile fishing they have shown dock shooting , jigging over brush and dipping into heave cover and I even found some older shows from last year where they are wade fishing ! Wish they would film a show in Dallas its just too cool. I'm hoping to purchase the first season on DVD or d/l if possible .

Action Jackson has mentioned this show several times....sounds very educational and what I'm looking for to learn a trick or 2.What channel is it on? Is that WFN Directv or U-verse?

AT&T UVerse, WFN World Fishing Network. You can record them in series and watch later like I do.
Russ has a few good episodes with some good crappie anglers. Some not so good in my opinion. I rather enjoy Wally Marshall to Russ but again that's just my opinion. Russ is a good host but he is not totally knowledgeable about all "styles" of crappie fishing and you can see it sometimes in his episodes with guides who try to help him catch the crappie. They explain to him in the episode and he reiterates what they say. He explains after the fact on air but he looks like a kid learning to fish at times. I still watch him all the time don't get me wrong.
Here is the story of the show...
Oh and for all those that missed an episode or two go here and get caught up.....

Don't get that channel bang
You'd figure paying a buck twenty a month, there'd not be any that I don't have realmad
Hickory Nut told me about them last week. Guess I'll have to watch the old episodes on the PC...no commercials that way thumb

Thank you for posting the link... I binge watched them in two sittings (jig orders). Refreshing show to see all the various types of fishing.

Wish I could go this spring and try it, nonetheless, #9 was a great episode. Would be fun to wade-fish those big fish in the brush.
