Floating Fishing lights

1. I am wondering if green would be more beneficial than white
2. I want to convert the lights from battery power to using 110v. since I have a dock set up with a power source. Has anyone done the conversion and is it safe?

I have read that green is the better color to go with and there is a company that sells ac/dc converters that work well.

Do some research, green lights are amazing tools to build up the food chain ( green light attracts microorganism = then shad and other bait = then game fish) but it cannot be just a plain old green light, it's not only the color that has that effect but the wavelength of True green light spectrum. LEDs are the way to go, they are true green, and low energy consumption. Moreover if you are a DIY kind of person it is more cost efficient and customizable if you make your own.
