Check this out – Don the Angler with a 15 incher. Big fish of the day.



We found them on the main lake stacked up around some kind of unknown structure in 10 – 11 fow.
Caught a whole bunch of keepers – didn’t keep any but we had a good time catching.

This was big fish til Don caught his -



Looks like somebody needs to clean his boat.

Don was mainly vertical jigging and I had better luck casting out and bouncing it back to me – slow roll across the bottom and over the top of the structure.

Lewisville is fishing real good right now. Keeper ratio has greatly improved.
After today I'm Thinking Don will defect from sandbass to crappie - NOT.

Good Job Fellas....I was out again today on LL and boated many 9 3/4 - 10" with only a few real nice fish. LL has defiantly bounced back.

Yesterday was very enjoyable. The fish were biting, the weather was perfect, and Pappa peck is a hoot to fish with. That is if you do not mind being out fished! It happens every time I go with him. Now if I only could find the fish like Robert does.

Wednesday we found them at 10 to 12 ft and some times a foot or 2 off the bottom. Dark body like jigs(purple and blue) with chartreuse shirts seemed to do the trick. Also the they seem to be more responsive with crappie nibbles on the hook as well.

Glad Lewisville is turning up. Very nice slabs guys!
