At 11:00 p.m. it has rained 15" at my house today....
NM is 2.08' above normal.....
What a screwed up year...
Crappie don't know if they are coming or going......

And the Crappie bite has been so Good for the last month.

Flood this spring, then drought this summer and now another flood.

Crappie will scatter and the lakes will be really muddy for weeks after this.

The COE site shows NM up 10.54 since yesterday and it's 9.11 above normal.

Over 18" here at lake Cedar Creek not sure exactly how much 6" rain gauge did not make it thru the night. Still raining.

NM over 18 in and still raining.Train flooded out on chamber creek crew had to swim out. My rain gauge was running over this morning and the creek is out lower 40 is underwater.We have had slow but steady rain still raining.Keep your powder dry fellows.Darrell

if that hurricane pushes through we could have a LOT more... I want ivie full so I only want it to go through if it hits out west

Hate ta disappoint ya, but the front pushed it east of us. USGS shows the Concho up a little, but not much. Still to early to tell if we are gonna get any from the Colorado... I hope I'm wrong! hammer

NM is 13.22' above normal....

As of 4:00 p.m. Saturday I have got 17.25"

RC is 1.63' above normal.....

Corsicana is 1' deep in water....

flag DW, Do you think that you have gotten enough rain to sprout the seeds that you planted earlier in the week? We have gotten about 8" at my place and has settled the dust nicely. roflmao

There has not been enough crappie taken out of NM this year to have a good fish fry...
So the numbers should be good next year..... Plus a few big uns too....
Time will tell...

EW I was looking at the reservoir release report of the Ft Worth dist Army Corps of engineers since we got all that water dumped on us.I guess they got it wrong. roflmao

Maxj I think the creeks will be green most of the seeds got washed away and so did the powder dry pasture.It finally quit rainin about 1.Looks like next weekend is gonna be wet also.Guess it's time to replant.Ha I'm like the farmer that won the lottery when asked what he was gonna do with the money he replied keep farmin till I run out of money.Keith wanted some lake front property now ya got some.Darrell

Models are still saying a "multi-day rain event with potentially heavy rain" again Friday-Saturday of next week. El Niņo is here boys.
