Lookin for a new reel for crappie/bluegill any suggestions?

I like my Lews Wally marshal 50 for spinning. About $20 at academy. I use a quantum accuris for baitcasts, got them on clearance for $25 at academy, bought 6. I just bought a wm solo reel for a new rod I am building, but looks as though the right hand reel reels with your left hand or backwards with your right. Does anyone know if you can switch them around?

Been real (or reel) happy with the Pfluger Trion. $30 at Wally World.
