Live bait on north Lake Conroe?

Where is a good place to get live bait (minnows & worms) on the northern end of Conroe? I just got a boat and have only put in at Stow Away so far so that gives you an idea as to where I'm talking about. I've seen a little place on the way to the ramp but don't know if they still sell or not and I honestly haven't asked at Stow away yet.

There is a gas station on 1097 next to Lewis Creek reservoir that sells all the bait you need. I get my bait there before I launch at Scott's Ridge. If you get on the water with your boat you can go under the bridge south to another marina. They have bait also. It is the marina one down from Bentwater. I think it's called Einstein's Ship Store.

I usually buy them at Stowaway if I'm in the area. There's a minnow shop on 1097 near April Sound (if you don't get them there). The place is Lake Conroe Bait Shop (936-231-0409) and there is that gas station on FM 830 as well.
