If any of you folks are heading to Fork to crappie fish, and you are in Mineola, I can highly recommend Taste Buds. This is a fairly new restaurant in Mineola and the service and food are nothing short of excellent! It's located one street south of HWY 80 behind the East Texas Burger Company. I don't normally recommend an eating place unless the service and food are very good. It was very refreshing eating at Taste Buds for lunch today because good food and good service are getting harder to find these days.
