If we get em on jigs over the past month it has been on a crappie magnet jig that the body is white with a split tail that is clear with silver/blue sparkles in it. Usually give it a shot of fle fly bubblegum but who knows if that actually helps. Jig head color hasn't seemed to matter. Hope this helps. Btw live minnows on brush is what I've been killing em on.

Black and chartreuse is the most common color to catch them on for me right now. I'd be using that color all day during the tournament Saturday for sure. Probably with a minnow on it though!

Why add the minner? Seems like you are minner fishing.

I am, but the black and chartreuse adds flare to it. It's called tipping a jig with a minnows. Very effective, especially with the dirty water.
