I saw this in the freshwater forum and thought it interesting.

So if your lake is down and you do believe it will some day be back to normal this might be a good idea for future fishing.

Hmmm. I wish I had when the lake was 13' low. They would have had only a year to grow though.

Right now most lakes are candidates... At least the ones I will visit near me.

Joe Pool is near normal.

I don't know if this will work but it would certainly be an easy way to build brush piles if it did. roflmao

As was the case naturally at Weatherford and early in the spring the city came along and cut all the little saplings along the wall down. Back in '07 I caught a couple of limits walking that wall by fishing the sticks.
Quite a few years ago the COE at Benbrook cleared all the laydowns and overhanging limbs from Bear and Mustang Creeks during the spawn.

Dang it EZ, like I don't have enough in my life to be able to add in lake tree farming. Headed to google now to see how it is done.
