Help Crappie Fishing on Lake Athens?

Fairly new to the area. Need some help with crappie fishing on Lake Athens. Understand there are some nice size fish there, but haven't been abel to find very many.

I live very close to Lake Athens. 17 ft. Logic Glad to host and take my boat.

Just need some pointers/
