on crope 1.wanted to express my thanks to all that prayed for me.as forestated,surgery went very well,now just recovering one day ata time.tried to get in a trip w/Okiebob to settle the nerves but bad weather wouldn't allow it.Had plans to do the same on monday 04-07-14 w/Lehman lookingf25.had to put my truck in shop on that saturday,so we couldn't use my truck.i'm thinking trip is going to be cancelled,Lehman wasn't having it.drove to my home in mansfield after he got off work,towed boat to benbrook,where i got to set the steel to a 1 lb crappie using a 1/16 pink jig head,thermocline glo-treuse jig and the 8lb bonehead mono.as he turns the boat around,i see we are taking on lots of water,bilge pump not working,has workd before,checked all 3 plugs,whats up? By the grace of the good lord,we make it to the ramp and after some serious water drainage,found out i have a cracked line.will be upgrading to auto bilge pump after this.i have been advised,make up trips are in the forecast.once again,GOD bless each and every one of you,my TFF Family!

Glad to hear your on the mend & A+ to Lehman for getting you on the water
I found out that the Glo-Treuse was killer in muddy water with Squeaky on Cooper last Wed.

Great news Crope1, now it's time to hit the water. Today is out, I'm showing 26mph pretty steady plus I have a doc apt this morning. In fact the wind is a factor everyday this week with tomorrow being the only exception. Let's talk, I want to get out with you soon!

one other note,when Lehamn and i fished on the 7th,got to meet tff member,Craig,if i'm not mistaken,aka Notanibble,who wa gracious enough to allow us to fish with him.got to see him set the steel first hand,several times.
