Pulled half a dozen keepers out of a stream feeding lake Granger last night while fishing with bobbers. Bite was very light, bobbers moved sideways or tipped over rather than going under. Only minnows produced, jigs were un-touched. Best depth was 3 feet. Dink to keeper ratio was 1:1.
It was brisk, 35 degrees, but the trees blocked the wind.

Thanks for sharing. I wouldn't have wanted to be chasing the minnows in the bucket at that temperature. Good job finding what they wanted to eat!

They bit the same way for me last Sunday. I caught a half a dozen and the bobber never went under, you would just see it slide slowly to the side. I'm going to go try it again this morning after I get off work. Hope they are a little more aggressive today.

I went down to the creek at my favorite spot...barely enough water to float a bare cork and not enough to float a rigged cork...
