So...what does KVD joining Minnkota have to do with crappie fishing in Texas?

I think we were all stumped at the outcome. Not sure if you followed this on social media or other sites but it was a hoot hearing what everyone thought it might be. KVD was the furthest thing from my mind....lol

The way I see it is that everything about Humminbird and Minn Kota make your boat simply hands and feet free where you can focus on your fishing. Head down and bait in the water....

Now I get to here from all the haters

they already had KVD version I guess just more bait and switch advertising ... Maybe he can tell them their ulterra design sucks and why put a useless puck on the front of a trolling motor.

The Auto Pilot will be a huge factor in spider rigging, two poling for crappie.

US2 does stand for useless2u right

The US2 on either manufacture is not near as good as having an external 2D sonar transducer



I have to agree with you on the Ulterra. To many moving parts for me. Each motor has its species. I have more of the Hybrid Striped Bass guys that are in open waters utilize the Ulterra motors more than any other angler.

Now it all makes sense.
