I took a fishing friend who doesn't crappie fish much to Tawakoni on Saturday and started the conversion.



We fished the 2 mile bridge and did pretty well.



90% of the fish were caught on the Lip Ripper Baits - Wild Watermelon so make sure you got some in you box before heading out there.

That was Saturday. Some guys that we talked to did well and others really struggled.

Well, the crappie sure did see the light.

The bridge is one my favorite spots this time of year. Are both ramps on each end of the bridge open now. I have a little jon boat so that is were I have to launch.
