Went to Cole's Backyard Grill in Lindale this past week. The CFS was very good. Pan fried type and a thick cut of meat.

I apologize that I couldn't get the pictures turned correctly.

Nice looking steak. Clearly hand cut fries.

Looks like they cut the portions. I went when it was Bo's and yes, the CFS was very good, but it was hanging off the plate. They had to put the sides on a separate plate.
