Any of y'all dabble in these? Volatile as hell, but the initial runs on some are quite impressive...like 1000's of percentage points kinda runs. Straight gambling, but I know a few peeps who have made bank messing with them. Dogwifhat is/was a good example.

My son talked the wife into putting a $100 bucks into because on of his friends supposedly made thousands... Last time she updated me she said it was up to $350... If I not mistaken she invested about 3 years ago... Dan

When you are valued at $0.0000000125, going up 1000% doesn't exactly blow out your market cap.

I wouldn't have the patience to track the market movement of a bunch of sh** coins for short-term trades.

I'd sooner open an illegal lemonade stand on the back 9 at the local country club. Renegade Lemonade. High vodka content - plenty of octane to play it back on in.

Most of them are pump-and-dump scams from the start. Some crypto bro and an "influencer" partner up, issue themselves a bunch of them, hype it up on social media, then dump it all as soon as the price goes up.

The vast majority are functionally worthless and have zero trading activity within a month.

Recently, a friend of mine on Facebook had his account hacked. Whoever took it over constantly posts promoting bitcoin. The only people who comment and react appear to be other profiles that have been hacked or are fake.

The way the posts are written make me think A.I. is doing it all.

Are you a spirit in the material world?

There is no political solution.

I threw $50 into Shib a couple years ago. If it does something, cool. If it doesn't, it's $50 I'm sure I'm sure I will financially recover.

I still own about 3.5 million shiba and 1000 doge. bought a couple of yrs. ago or more.

down about 1/3 but lately has been doing the up n down stuff.

bought it on a whim with the intent to hold till I am rich or the account goes broke, won't be out much if it does go away.
