Those are the ones that make long legal descriptions.
'See attached Schedule A Legal Description' is something I'm very familiar with.
Many years ago I had a loan in Ohio where the Legal Description on the Mortgage started at a fixed point of beginning and went clockwise around the property (maybe a half acre). The Legal Description in the Title Policy and on the first Assignment of Mortgage started at the same point of beginning but went counter clockwise around the property. It looked odd at first but I figured it out.
To avoid any future confusion I slipped a note in the file that said the two Legal Descriptions were both for the same property.
An Attorney in Ohio threatened to have me charged with practicing law without a license (he wanted a fee to write a legal opinion stating what my note said).
