I think they are commonly known as a butterfly viper. Bad mofo. You're bit and you're most likely dead in a horrible fashion.

According to the link you provided, in order to definitively confirm it’s a bitis nasicornis it must have both:
a.) 117–140 ventral scales (Yep, appears accurate)
b.) Single anal scale (Can’t tell from photo)
