I think we have bomb control legislation.

Too bad there were no laws to prevent him from doing this.

You just can't legislate crazy. Crazy folks will continue to do crazy things.

We have all fire arm and explosive law neededbutneed to start enforce it ore including finding the ones capable of breaking those laws.

Any idiot ought to know that no law is going to deter a person determined to shoot or blow up explosives. Law breakers don't care what the law is.

A law serves two purposes. It provides a rule for the law abiding to follow.
It determines the punishment for breaking the law. A law does not stop a determined person from breaking the law.

It was a gun free zone. We need to legislate "Bomb Free zones." That should take care of the problem.

How about shooter and bomber zone? Normal people know to stay away. Shooters and bombers could gather and kill each other off.
