Thanks for posting the video - I enjoyed it.

The video mentions "limits". Because the bass are photographed and released, can you cull fish? In other words, can you catch and send pics of 10 bass but only the 5 largest count or do you only count the first 5 that are submitted?

The iAngler App culls for you automatically I believe. It's an awesome app!

I noticed you measured and took a photo of a 13" bass.
Can you count the under 14" fish as well? State size limit is 14" or does that not matter?

Doesn't matter for a cpr tourney cause no fish are kept. Also slot lakes don't matter in most cases either. The director usually will set a minimum length and that's it.

Yeah, each tournaments has it's own minimum length. The minimum for this tournament was 12" inches so I barely got by with my little fish lol.
