Flood Gate Test at PK this afternoon 2/17 - 02/17/16 06:01 PM

Just got a call from BRA they will test a floodgate this afternoon at 2 PM for 15-30 minutes. They said to expect a release of 8900 cfs and it will be about 1500 cfs by the time it gets to Highway 16 bridge.
