Anyone interested in tubing in the dfw area?

An open invite would be fun as I️ rarely see other tubers.

My tube has been packed up for the winter. It's kayak time now. Come warmer water, I'll tube with ya!

Why is a kayak better in Winter compared to a tube, Waders can be used with either one. A large tube like super fat cat will seat even a heavy rider above the water. Just wonder if I should use a kayak instead.

It's really up to what you are comfortable with. I have tubed in the winter with waders and wasn't uncomfortable at all. Either way will work.

I don't own waders so it's definitely too cold lol!! I personally prefer the tube, but water temps play a huge role.

Fleece lined jeans and neoprene stocking foot waders work wonders.
