Tons of tournaments going on the next few weeks. It will be hush hush. But I will say this. The fish are about to be shallow main lake temps are around 57 and in the back of creeks up the river you can find some 62's

We are trying to find time to make a trip to Amistad. Hopefully we can get outta here next Thursday and head that way. Not sure where we will stay yet. Looking at LakeView Inn or the Lodge at Sanders Point. Would rather stay on Hwy 90 area.

I certainly will. We have a gray crewcab Ford PU pulling a White Champion boat with a Gray strip down the middle. We will probably stay at LakeView or Amsted Resort. We like staying on Hwy 90. By the way, nice looking boat. Skeeter has always been my favorite bass boat.

DDB3, fishing is still tough lots of undersize fish, and they are on the move. One day there next day gone. C-rigs, cranks and light weigh plastics around 12-15 ft have been working - Good Luck !

Skip, check with the places you are considering staying as the BASS Texas Nation State Championship is Thursday - Sunday. Its a big lake and lots of water just make sure you have secured a room before you venture there. Good Luck !
