Fishing remains tough as we had our club tourney out there this month with our big fish was 4 lbs 13oz and not everyone catching or weighing in fish.

Lots of flooded brush in the water along with what looked to be a small shad and gar fry. I saw some small bass chasing shad up shallow also had gar attacking my spinnerbait in the little pockets off of secondary points and noticed big balls of gar fry inches away from them.

There is for sure a spinnerbait bite out there which is how I caught my fish. I was fishing a bank on north shore with hardwoods on it and as I threw my spinerbait past a isolated tree something hit it and took my big blade off the back and left some of its skin on my hook. I had went out deeper fishing some rock ledges and dops and couldn't get bit. Graphed alot of bait and fish off the ends of the points on hog island that where I caught some fish.

I'm updating our main site so in the mean time check the pictures out on facebook.
