My sons 11.04 lb back when choke was About 5 ft low from pool level! He grew up fishing that lake with me ! He is now 18 years old and graduating from high school ! Time moves on way to fast !! Good times at Choke though .

He released Her back to the lake and babied her the whole time like a Mother with an infant ! lol

He beat my personal best! He will be taking you fishing pretty soon!

Some wonder where the water goes and I can tell you for a fact there are a lot of lakes up above the lake that will fill in with all the water before it gets to the lake. I know that for a fact from past floods that filled a small lake on a deer lease about 10 miles upstream from the lake.

We got some more rain last night with big storms moving across the state, should add to the Frio river. Keep it coming.

I don't think last night was enough to get much water into the system. Moved too quickly.
