My sons 11.04 lb back when choke was About 5 ft low from pool level! He grew up fishing that lake with me ! He is now 18 years old and graduating from high school ! Time moves on way to fast !! Good times at Choke though . smile

Some wonder where the water goes and I can tell you for a fact there are a lot of lakes up above the lake that will fill in with all the water before it gets to the lake. I know that for a fact from past floods that filled a small lake on a deer lease about 10 miles upstream from the lake.

Seems to be a pretty big lakes at these coordinates from google maps.
28.515792,-98.921507. And 28.623523,-99.024577

I don't think last night was enough to get much water into the system. Moved too quickly.
