Private pond pay to fish

Looking for a private pond near Dallas, TX that I can bank fish. I usually am able to get out about once a month during the spring/summer/fall to fish. I see where I can join clubs, but $850 per year to fish about 7-8 times seems like a lot of money up front.

I fish in local ponds here in Dallas, but it seems like they get fished pretty hard.

My knees are not what they used to be, so easy access is desireable. Does anyone know of a DFW area "pond lease"

Two catfish ponds only ones I know of then have to pay by the pound to get them out. What are you fishing for? That will help I know public ponds with good fish in them. Just depends on the species your after. Just pm me and I can tell you and your location most are on the east side of dallas
