went for a few hours and fished this tiny lake/pond (located off tryon rd in north longview. its 3$ to fish, bass are catch and release, i've been told there are some big ones in there for a pond, talked to a guy who showed me the photo by the front gate that caught a 13lb bass last year. catfish are 3 keepers limit. threw a couple cat lines out with no luck, and chased a bass around the grass for awhile but he didn't want what i was throwing.

I keep hearing its a good pond but someone said the owner has been feeding the fish a little too often lately..

I didnt know that place was still open. I used to fish there over 20 yrs ago when I was a kid. Back in the day there were some nice catfish in there.
