Is any of this rain going to help the lake level.
Rio is running at 35,000 cubic feet per second in Laredo. Should be a significant rise if they don't let it all out.
I'm surprised the gates aren't already open to let it pass right through.

All lakes in the Conchos are full, so I don't know where the water would go if Mexico took it. But who knows what they'll do...

Up about a foot right now.
Now up three feet with plenty more water in the river. Should be a really good rise.
