Bass Fishing Tournaments - Decker Lake

Does anyone ever put on any tournaments at Decker Lake? It would be an easy lake for my Dad and I to fish together if there was one. Thank you all

There are quite a few Kayak tournaments there, but It's a bit too small for boat tournaments I think. It's only 1,269 acres and it's pretty popular fishing hole. I can't imagine how crowded it would be with a 50 team tournament plus the normal fishing traffic. I've seen some club tournaments there, but that's about it.

That's kind of what I figured as you are right, it gets pounded as it is. I've been on em out there lately so figured i'd see if they had any weeknight working man tournaments. Thanks

Our Bass club puts on a two day tournament on Decker, but our membership is under 30, so most we have
is 10-12 boats.
Fun lake to fish, I enjoyed the lake, just didnt enjoy the 107 heat we had.
