I haven't been out in about a month because of worK. Are y'all seeing the thermocline setting up yet?

Yes; saw it setting up on Worth last weekend
I'm sure it's forming in most lakes now; water temps by 5pm are getting north of 92 degrees in heavily stained/muddy lakes

I've seen it on Canyon Lake. That's it though.
