When Do the Clearance Sales Start?

So with ICAST happening and all the new stuff being introduced, when are they going to start selling off all that old obsolete garbage for 50% off? Daddy needs a new pair of shoes (or a few reels)

Academy is now thru the end of the year. Check their website under the Clearance tab. Also, different Academy stores have different items. The Tomball store carries St. Croix rods where as several Houston stories do not. Not saying those rods are on sale now but may be as fall approaches.

I check Academy's website almost every day. Scored a $130 Ike cranking rod for $30 the other day. Hope to see some more deals like that as these new products start hitting stores.

The Curado I is now on sale that's for sure.

Gander mountain has good sales going right now...
