Will a Torrova fit on a 2015 Nitro Z7? What about the footpedal?

Yes to the mount. Probably to the pedal. Depends on the recess.

Usually the recess is too small. It works differently than a cable steer if you even use the foot pedal at all. Most will just cover the recess pan.
