Welp, I've lost the fish. What's y'all's method for finding the fish right now? Are you looking deep enough to use the electronics or are you using search baits? Hitting main lake points or what? Weather this week hasn't helped any I'm sure... But I've been sucking it up on Athens.

Unfortunately, I haven't been in almost two months. But, when I go this week, I'll be scanning points from 20-25'. Searching until I find them. Look for points that have long flat spot from 23-25' preferably by a channel, road bed or other good structure and throw a crankbait, FB jig, Carolina rig, etc at them. If they don't bite in 20 min, go scan some more. These pressured fish can be stubborn. Good luck!

Work the structure and cover like you would any other time of year. Go from shallow to deep until you find them. A lot of the fish may still be scattered so keep moving.
