Launching early at SP lakes like Fairfield, Bastrop, etc.

Some state parks have gates that are locked overnight and their offices don't open til 8 or so.

Is this the case for Fairfield or Bastrop? If so, are you able to get in earlier (like 6:30) to launch and settle up later when they open? Just curious how you guys do it.

Lately the gates have been open at Fairfield. They have a pay box its 4.00 per person, just fill it out and put money in envelope. Or they will put a ticket on windshield to remind you to pay on the way out.
