EPIC DAY out on the lake!!

Hey everyone I'm new to the forum. Had an awesome day of bass fishing out on the lake today come check it out!

No I didn't join to post a video. I joined to explore the forum and interacted with fellow anglers. I just posted the video as my first post. There something wrong with that?

What's a "Master Angler Bass" ? Heard that on the video, "2 back to back Master Angler bass" ...Maybe some slang from where you're from, ? Just never heard that term.

Kind of like a big fish award around where I am. They are state specific I know Texas is way larger than 5. The state record in Nebraska is only 10 pounds and it has been the same record for 50 years. I believe the Texas record is around 18 pounds.

You can catch a Nebraska giant just about on any lake in Texas. We truly are spoiled. I know some guys, myself included sometimes, that consider a day of catching 2,3, and 4 pound fish a bad day.

That's for sure! I caught a couple 5s out of lake fork in December last year. I was there just a little too early and the fishing was pretty tough. I love Texas fishing my parents live in Baytown and my father and I go out on his boat and catch redfish and red snapper when they are in season. Sure is a lot of fun. Coming back there to catch some of those big bass this spring!

Yep. I have a place at SanLuis pass....love fishing for bulls and reds.

So much fun! His slip is in the bayland marina. It's quite a boat ride to get to the nice blue water where you are but man is it worth it!
