Occupancy rate of Fork lodging?

Wondering if you have 1 or more rentals at or near Fork, what your average occupancy rate is. I'm talking about Park Model type places in secure areas (on leased prop). Just curious if anyone is open to sharing their insight/experience. Thanks.
